I’ve found them surprisingly challenging to photograph, and it took me quite a while to finally get a shot I was happy with. That made this encounter even more rewarding.
I love coming across these birds during land adventures, perched among the rugged vegetation of the Baja landscape. 🦅🌵

Lo cool de este platillo es que básicamente son unos boneless pero con salsa hecha en casa (no es de su autoría pero hacerla desde cero es mejor que comprarla 🤪), y lo mas importante es que el pollo está frito tan perfecto que hace un crunchie delicioso aún teniendo salsa por encima. Yo fui meeeega fan y por supuesto que volveré para comerlos de nuevo, obvio que los recomiendo y estaría increíble que también pudieran probarlos!
