We are a Whole Bakery at heart. We bake gluten-free muffins, cookies, focaccia, and more. We serve organic espresso coffee and a wide selection of Elixirs and Smoothies. We make our plant-based milk, organic, and fresh every day!

All our products are created with the highest attention to using ingredients that are good for you and the planet:

1) We only use WHOLE FLOURS, like chickpea, almond, oat, brown rice, sorghum, etc.., to prepare our goods, which are strictly 100% GLUTEN FREE.

2) NO REFINED SUGARS, we use maple syrup, coconut sugar, raw honey, or fruit to add sweetness. Complex sugars full of minerals and nutrients are healthier for the body.

3) NO ULTRA PROCESSED INGREDIENTS, just what Mother Nature gave us in their most natural state.

4) NUTRIENT-RICH, the combination of whole flours, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats makes you feel satiated for more time than traditional pastries while providing you nutrients.

5) DAIRY FREE, because we know lactose can cause inflammation, and we care about you and your stomach health, everything is dairy-free. And we make our own delicious organic vegetable milk: organic almond and our famous house blend!
