Our Bomberos are 100% VOLUNTEER without any funding and serve our community located in El Pescadero, BCS. Servicing Pescadero, San Pedrito, Gavilan, Cerritos and Elias Calles which is located between Todos Santos and Cabo San Lucas, a community of over 6,250 people not including the thousands of tourists we get every year.

Meet our Chief!
Griselda Sotelo is the Chief Commander of the Bomberos Voluntarios de Pescadero, also the ONLY female chief in Baja! Bomberos Voluntarios de Pescadero currently has over 16 volunteer firefighters who work for her, all of them including Griselda are 100% volunteer and are not paid. Our department solely relies on donations from the community to help support keeping everyone safe.

It can be difficult to get the necessary equipment and we want to make sure we can always respond to each and every call. From gas money to keep the ambulance full, rescue equipment, to filling up the tanker with water - it is a reminder to everyone in the community that all these volunteers are working hard and each donation helps keep you safe.
